Dry-Aged Omakase in Midtown Manhattan, NYC

Atto Sushi — 875 3rd Avenue, Lower Level, Midtown East

Midtown Manhattan is one of the most heavily trafficked dining destinations in the world, and yet genuinely great omakase — the kind built on Edomae tradition, dry-aged fish, and seasonal sourcing — remains surprisingly rare here. Atto Sushi at 875 3rd Avenue is the answer. Positioned in Midtown East, we're accessible from virtually every corner of Midtown: a short taxi or subway from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, or the Theatre District, and walking distance from the heart of the East Side.

Why Atto Stands Out in Midtown

Atto specializes in Edomae-style omakase, a traditional approach that celebrates the flavors of rice and seasonal seafood. The chef carefully ages select fish to enhance both texture and flavor — aging allows the texture to soften and the flavors to deepen, most notably with medium-fatty tuna, which develops a melt-in-your-mouth texture and concentrated umami.
